Your reviews are now training Google's AI
to recommend your competitors
It's no longer just about star ratings. Google Maps now uses AI to answer questions like "best dentist near me" — and your reviews are the data it uses to decide who gets recommended.
🤖

AI-powered recommendations

Google's new "Ask Maps" feature uses Gemini AI to analyse reviews and recommend businesses conversationally. Bad reviews don't just lower your rating — they actively train Google's AI to steer customers away from you.

👻

Invisible damage

Customers searching "best [your industry] near me" may never even see your business. Google's AI filters you out before they get the chance to decide for themselves. You lose customers without ever knowing it.

Many negative reviews violate Google's own policies

Fake reviews, reviews with personal attacks, spam, conflict of interest, off-topic rants — Google has over 40 content policies, and many of the reviews hurting your rating right now are actually in breach. They can be reported and removed. Most business owners just don't know how.

Three steps to a cleaner Google profile
We handle everything. No passwords or login credentials needed. No lock-in contracts.
1

We audit your reviews

Our AI analyses every negative review on your Google profile against 40+ of Google's official content policies to find reviews that can be challenged.

2

We submit removal requests

For each policy-violating review, we prepare and submit a detailed removal request to Google citing the specific breach. If denied, we resubmit under alternative policies.

3

You only pay for results

Each review is handled individually. You're charged $99 only for reviews successfully removed from your profile. No removal, no charge. It's that simple.

"We had 6 reviews removed in under 3 weeks. Two of them were from people who'd never even visited our practice. Our rating went from 3.8 to 4.4 — the phones have been noticeably busier since."

"I'd been sitting on a 3.1 rating for months because of a couple of competitor reviews and an ex-employee. CredBolt got 4 removed and I'm now at 4.0. Best $400 I've spent on marketing."

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Most removal requests are reviewed by Google within 5–15 business days. Most clients see their first reviews removed within 2–3 weeks of engagement.

What if Google doesn't remove a review?

You won't be charged for that review. We also have backup strategies — if a submission is denied, we resubmit under a different policy category at no additional cost to you.

Do I need to share my Google login?

No. We never ask for your password or login credentials. To maximise your removal success rate, we ask that you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile — a simple one-time step that takes 2 minutes. You keep full ownership and can remove our access at any time.

Can any negative review be removed?

No. We only target reviews that violate Google's policies — fake reviews, spam, personal attacks, conflict of interest, and more. Honest negative reviews based on real experiences cannot and should not be removed.

How can I track progress?

You'll have access to a client portal where you can see the status of every review in real time — which have been submitted, which are under review by Google, and which have been successfully removed.

Do you give up on harder reviews?

No. Some reviews require multiple submissions under different policies before Google takes action. We continue working through every flagged review until we've exhausted all options.
